This event will be a celebration of the work done within the Art, Drama and Music Departments.
You would have received a letter that your child has been chosen to either perform, exhibit and/or receive an award on Tuesday 25th March at the Creative Arts Awards Evening. If your child has won an award they will be informed by the relevant Head of Department.
As the event will be showcasing the various departments, the evening will be split into two programmes:
Programme A will hear the music performances, see a short performance extract and then have a chance to view the Art exhibition.
Programme B will start with a short performance extract, then the exhibition and finish with the music performance.
Both groups will then enjoy a short interval before the awards are presented and the larger extra-curricular groups perform. Please arrive for a prompt start at 7pm.
This is an incredibly popular event and tickets are on a first come, first serve basis. Tickets are priced at £5 and will be available from Monday 10th of March 7am on Ticket Source. The outline for the A/B programmes will be listed. If your child is performing a solo or chamber item as part of the evening, please see Mr Carey to confirm which programme you will require.
Please note that tickets are restricted to two guests accompanying each student. You do not need to purchase a ticket for your child who has received this letter.
