Our professional learning includes an initial teaching training programme, a second year in teaching programme as well as middle and senior leadership development opportunities.
We also provide opportunities for colleagues to work with other schools and to access nationally recognised qualifications, such as, NPQSL and NPQH.
All of our professional development has strong educational research underpinning it.
